She Is The Music

About Ainsley Lauren

Hi! I'm Ainsley Lauren, a singer-songwriter based in Lansing, Michigan. I'm currently working on getting 2 songs produced to be released in November 2025. I want to dive into the music industry more, learn new skills, hone my current skills, and network with other artists and members in the music industry. I'd love to collaborate with someone or talk about ideas and possibilities. Please reach out if you have questions or ideas!

Ainsley's Experience

I am newer to songwriting. I started over the summer, and I feel like I’ve learned a lot through various studies I’ve done independently. I work with a vocal coach to increase my singing ability. I love to study different songs and see what makes them unique and how to apply similar techniques to my songs. I currently have two songs in production, which I’m hoping to release in November 2025. I don’t pretend to know best or more than I do in songwriting. My goal is to walk away having learned more than what I came with.

She Is The Music PresentsWomen Sharing the Spotlight

On behalf of She Is The Music, it is with great pleasure that we recognize the below women for their extraordinary contributions to the music industry at our inaugural Women Sharing The Spotlight cocktail event.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is founded in the ethos that when we make more space for each other, when we bring more women into the room, we create a vibrant spirit and ecosystem of mentorship, growth and opportunity -- together. This is a unique event for industry leaders to not only converge and celebrate -- but to share their platforms, their voices, and their strength with one another and with the next generations of women forging the path ahead.

The list has been selected by our advisory council as one of 50 exceptional women to be celebrated for your 20+ years of remarkable achievement, contribution and impact in music.

Rooted in the conviction that 'We Are Stronger Together', we have asked each honoree to nominate another woman they admire to share the spotlight.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is envisioned as an annual celebration, creating a platform to elevate and empower women who are shaping the future of music.
