About Alicia Wattley

This dynamic CEO of Precedence Set- a multi-dimensional company with a current focus in entertainment, was born and raised on the beautiful twin-island Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. I have over 20 years in the Entertainment and Performing Arts Industry. My archive of achievements range from dancing, acting, singing, talent show, choreographing and modeling. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Management Studies from The Humber College Institute of Technology and Learning in Toronto. My love for the arts and the stage soared when I joined the Children’s Dance Theatre, a prestigious Dance School on St. Kitts, during my teenage years. I later joined the Movado Dance Company, Leap and The Aces where at the latter, my choreography skills were developed. My creativity and talent propelled me to choreograph for one of the leading bands in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis – The Nu Vybes Band International, where they entrusted me with choreography, costume selection and dance performance. This, in a nutshell resulted in a highly rated St. Kitts Music Festival performance in 2012. I have also choreographed and danced for artistes who have been finalists at the St. Kitts Soca Monarch competitions. Experienced and multi-faceted, I have also done Photography and Event Reviews for www.sknvibes.com, modeled with the Sacada Modeling Agency, acted in Under the Sun (a local soap opera) and assisted a hopeful beauty queen on her quest for the crown. I also hold the post of Social Media Coordinator for Cane Juice; an entertainment company that hosts the largest fetes in St. Kitts namely: Cooler Fete, Tropixx and Soca Revenge. My keen focus on talent development, content curation and implementation of brand strategies has reaped rewards, coupled with my burning desire and dedication to see the talents from my native land reach the next level in their careers. I understand that as an Artiste Manager, one must be flexible, open minded and pretty much everything to an artist. My experience with recording artist Imark who I began managing in July 2018, has fuelled my desire and love for the creative and business aspect of the Entertainment world. In 2019 I tried my hand at producing a music video where I executive produced, directed and wrote the screenplay for Imark’s hit single “Top Dawg”. Two of my personal mantras are “Build and they will come”, and “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.” a testimony centered around the importance of putting in the work to achieve success. I now manage a producer by the name of Magician and continue to make great strides in the developing entertainment industry of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Alicia's Experience

I currently manage an artist and a producer from the land of my birth St. Kitts and Nevis. I have been able to break barriers within an industry that is on the verge of growth. I wrote my first treatment for a music video in 2019, executive produced and directed it. This video has changed the music video game within St. Kitts and Nevis.
