Amelia's Experience

In conjunction with my organization skills, I developed time management skills through my previous positions, prioritizing tasks and assets to be created for each single and album release I worked on at Republic Records, making sure to stay on top of marketing deadlines with a sense of urgency. I utilized these same time management skills while working on Conan Gray’s team to ensure requests for assets from radio, press, and streaming platforms were fulfilled in a timely manner, often needing to shift priorities as new deadlines were introduced. In working with a continuous stream of deadlines, my ability to thrive in fast-paced environments ultimately enabled me to often pull together logistics and promotional marketing tools for artist showcases in a matter of 48-72 hours. In addition to time management skills which are key for staying on top of deadlines, my teamwork skills allow me the flexibility to accommodate the ever-changing needs of the teams I work with. For example, my proactiveness in identifying a gap in tour marketing support for the Republic Records LA office allowed me to step into additional responsibilities outside of my traditional role and support the overall team.
