About Arielle Tindel

At Maison Arts, Arielle plays a pivotal role in identifying talent, facilitating sessions (including one that led to a release with Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR), pitching songs across genres, and contributing to A&R strategy (with projects including Suki Waterhouse’s Memoir of a Sparklemuffin). A lifelong indie fan, Arielle is deeply passionate about discovering and nurturing unique, boundary-pushing talent. Prior to joining Maison Arts, she spent three years at Brill Building and its label arm, We Are: The Guard, where she worked across a roster of developing and established creatives, including Big Freedia (artist/writer sampled on Beyoncé’s “BREAK MY SOUL”), Bram Inscore (Troye Sivan, Claud, Moses Sumney, BTS), and more. Her diverse experience has shaped her ability to wear many hats, balancing both the creative and logistical aspects of development and project execution.
