I grew up in a small Kentucky town and moved to Denver after graduating from Morehead State University. My early career centered on corporate leadership—first managing Telecom teams at Verizon, where I completed the Verizon Leadership Development Program, a top-ranked training focused on emotional intelligence, strategic execution, and inclusive leadership. I later joined Tesla, overseeing delivery operations across Colorado and completing their Manufacturing Development Program, earning certifications in advanced manufacturing, production management, and operational leadership. Although I was professionally successful, I felt something was missing until a trip to Ultra Music Festival reignited my passion for music and inspired me to launch A2Z Management. From there, I dove into artist management, tour management, and event production—saying “yes” to every opportunity to learn. Today, I serve as an Event Coordinator with Disco Presents, supporting club shows across the U.S., assisting with talent buying, handling all advancing, and helping manage festival operations. Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for cultivating strong relationships and a trusted network that consistently creates value and opens doors. I combine a people-first leadership style—rooted in advanced training at Verizon and Tesla—with a commitment to integrity, consistency, and creating meaningful experiences. I believe success comes down to showing up with good intentions, staying humble, and always following through.
