Hi there! I'm Bella, a Calgary-based music major specializing in saxophone performance. I have 8+ years of performance experience in both classical and jazz settings, and have participated in several local, provincial and national honour ensembles. I also have a strong background in piano and voice. I am currently a freelance writer, music journalist, and editor for Music Is To Blame and ARTiculate Initiative. I hope to go into education but would also love to continue performing throughout my life. I'm passionate about sharing the joy of music with others and am a huge advocate of promoting diversity in the music industry.
