Lindsay Quella Kara is a singer, songwriter, music artist and producer based out of Portland, Oregon and Olympia, Washington. Lindsay is set to release the single “First Time” this fall. The music embodies a fresh independent and emotive sound, with resonant vocals, the strong pulse of rhythm guitar, ambient soundscapes, and a story that invites listeners to live with greater permission and connection with all of life. This work follows Lindsay’s first release “Unveiled” in 2020. Her first track embodies a vintage, vibrant acoustic folk sound, captured during a home studio recording session. Spun in the meditation room of an old house in Boulder, the record details the life transformations that brought Lindsay back to songwriting and exposes her pursuit of music as a path to personal and collective growth. Lindsay’s new work builds where “Unveiled” left off, weaving stories of resilience, love and creating a world where anything is possible. Lindsay’s intuitive singer songwriter style blends indie and folk with soft pop and world music elements in emotive sonic landscapes. A multi-media artist, Lindsay is dedicated to using the strength of her voice and embodied presence to create connection, deeper relationships and authentic expression. Deeply inspired by nature, and the influence of living in small towns- Lindsay's music is for dreamers, travelers, and anyone who is looking for a path back to presence. Lindsay actively performs in Olympia and Portland in duo and full band formations. Lindsay performed MainStage at city sponsored Lakefair and Lacey Fun Fair in Olympia this year and is currently booking shows for 2025. For booking inquiries please contact for additional information.
