I interned at Interscope Records throughout college, along with working in publicity for the New Orleans Jazz Fest my senior year at Tulane University. After graduating, I worked in the publicity department at Interscope Records before moving over to live music PR at AEG Presents from July 2019 until COVID hit. Since then, I've joined the Best Friends Music team working as a Day-to-Day Manager across the roster of artists.

Carolina's Experience

Currently I’ve used my skills on the publicity/communications front of the music industry- including working behind the scenes and on-site on various tours and music festivals along with on artist teams at a record label. This includes delegating artist interviews, working with artist and promotions teams on announcements, and coordinating print and on-line press for various organizations.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is founded in the ethos that when we make more space for each other, when we bring more women into the room, we create a vibrant spirit and ecosystem of mentorship, growth and opportunity -- together.
