As Reservoir’s Creative & Administrative Manager, I provide Creative support for the company’s roster of songwriters, including setting up sessions, pitching demos to artists and labels for placement, and helping songwriters understand and meet their creative goals. In addition, I work closely with our global network of sub-publishers on creative collaborations. Since joining the company in 2017, I've worked with Cutfather, Jamie Hartman, Carla Marie-Williams, Coldabank, Alfie Jackson, David Sneddon, Mary Leay, Rachel Chinouriri, Jordan Mackampa, Emeli Sande and Craigie Dodds, among others. Prior to joining Reservoir, I spent four years at independent music publisher A&G Songs Ltd., first as their Publishing & Sync Coordinator, before moving to Head of Publishing/A&R Manager & Creative. At A&G, I served as the main point of contact for all writers signed to the company, looking after their Creative development while also overseeing all administration, including maintaining copyrights and registering new works. I also established A&G’s international sub-publishing network, managing and developing relationships in each territory. In addition, she handled the company’s marketing activity, including social media and email marketing campaigns. Beyond my career in music publishing, I am a mother of 2, so balancing Mum and work Life. I graduated from Bucks New University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Management and Artist Development.
