Didi's Experience

I studied Multimedia Journalism and Music at NYU, and I’m an independent recording artist. I wrote, produced, and directed the vocals for a full-length EP I will be releasing in 2027 and released my debut single on major streaming platforms, learning how to use branding, and promotional content myself. I also work as a junior publicist at EmFergusson PR, where I pitch stories, build media lists, and coordinate press logistics for events like DreamHack and film premieres. Before that, I interviewed creative applicants at Artbound Initiative and created TikTok content to reach new artists. Working as both an artist and a publicist gives me a practical sense of what artists need and how to connect them with the right press and platforms.
