Hi! My name is Elena Conklin, and I am a music industry graduate from Ramapo College of New Jersey. My hope and dream are that I will end up in a position within the music industry that helps me help artists emerge into the community, no matter who they are or what they represent, as long as it sends out a positive message. I've always had a passion for music, from a young age, and I always knew that I wanted to study the industry and work within it, one day. I enjoy so many different parts of the industry which include social media marketing, A&R, licensing, etc. - the list could go on. I am incredibly open to seeing what else I'll fall in love with about the music industry as time goes on. I 100% believe that things are changing for women in music drastically when it comes to validating how important our voices are, alongside those of men.
