Hi, my name is Eline, captain of The Unicorn Mothership, my mission-driven movement to support mental health in nightlife culture and the music industry at large. I'm passionate about shaping a healthier and safer Nightlife Culture. As a Nightlife & Wellness Consultant, I've worked with over 500 professionals and partnered with leading organizations like Night Time Economy Solutions and Eurosonic Noorderslag since 2015. With a background in coaching, HR, and Eastern philosophy, and over 20 years in the music industry, I help individuals and organizations safeguard mental health by integrating wellness strategies into their work so they can achieve sustainable success in (night)life!

Women Sharing The Spotlight is founded in the ethos that when we make more space for each other, when we bring more women into the room, we create a vibrant spirit and ecosystem of mentorship, growth and opportunity -- together.
