She Is The Music

About Ella Williams

I am a music business student at Belmont University. I am currently in the clubs Women in Entertainment and Music Row Promo. I really enjoy learning more about the industry I have been dreaming of entering into one day. Right now I have an emphasis in international business and hope to work with labels outside of the United States one day.

Ella's Experience

I have been writing songs the past couple of years and I have been the only person to sing them. I hope that one day, my songs are performed by other artists that could really advance them. While this is the only experience I currently have, I would like to try to see how I can apply the non-music related skills that I have to artist management, A&R, or artist relations.

She Is The Music PresentsWomen Sharing the Spotlight

On behalf of She Is The Music, it is with great pleasure that we recognize the below women for their extraordinary contributions to the music industry at our inaugural Women Sharing The Spotlight cocktail event.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is founded in the ethos that when we make more space for each other, when we bring more women into the room, we create a vibrant spirit and ecosystem of mentorship, growth and opportunity -- together. This is a unique event for industry leaders to not only converge and celebrate -- but to share their platforms, their voices, and their strength with one another and with the next generations of women forging the path ahead.

The list has been selected by our advisory council as one of 50 exceptional women to be celebrated for your 20+ years of remarkable achievement, contribution and impact in music.

Rooted in the conviction that 'We Are Stronger Together', we have asked each honoree to nominate another woman they admire to share the spotlight.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is envisioned as an annual celebration, creating a platform to elevate and empower women who are shaping the future of music.
