Esther' Experience

Over the past 20 years, I’ve applied my skills as a bass player, arranger, and music director to create engaging musical experiences across diverse settings. During my time with Norwegian Cruise Line, I delivered high-energy performances in genres like Latin, pop, jazz, and rock, collaborating closely with production teams to align with the creative vision and maximize audience engagement. As the first female director of the Bogotá Big Band at Festival Jazz al Parque, I demonstrated leadership by overseeing repertoire selection, arranging pieces, and coordinating rehearsals to ensure cohesive and memorable performances. My experience managing concerts and directing bands has honed my abilities in project leadership, communication, and audience engagement. In addition, my tenure as an educator at the Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music and Rojas School of Music allowed me to design programs, produce live shows, and create social media content to engage audiences and attract new clients. Currently, I am pursuing an MBA in Music Business through Berklee College of Music and SNHU to further expand my skills and explore new avenues in music management and production. I am passionate about using my adaptability, organizational skills, and creative vision to enhance every project I undertake, whether on stage or behind the scenes.
