Hannah's Experience

Through work and education I have gained skills to apply to various live event jobs. I started working in events in high school when I was part of a group that organized a local music and arts festival. It was this product that helped me decide where I wanted to go to college and what career path I want to take. During my time with the festival I acquired skills in A&R, Booking, Marketing, Programming, and Fundraising. I have applied several of these skills to my current on-campus job at Columbia College Chicago with the Student Programming Board. I have further adapted my skills as a marketer and promoter of events, and I have taught myself some graphic design.
