Her work has included placements with companies and platforms such as Netflix, Apple TV, ESPN, MLB, Google, and major video game publishers, helping bring Latin repertoire into new global media spaces. Before moving into music publishing and sync, Irene built her career across audiovisual production, post-production, and copyright clearance. With a background that combines creative music strategy, rights management, and production, she brings both a creative and operational perspective to music for picture. Irene's Experience

At Rimas Publishing, I manage opportunities from brief through clearance, which can mean curating music for a specific creative need, pitching catalog, coordinating with artists, producers, and their teams, reviewing rights and licensing terms, and helping move projects through approval and execution. My background in production and copyright clearance has also given me a strong understanding of how music functions within picture and what it takes behind the scenes to bring a project across the finish line. Together, those experiences have allowed me to work comfortably across both the creative and operational sides of sync and licensing.
