About ISABEL PAZ

I am a senior communications and membership engagement leader with more than 20 years of experience shaping strategy, elevating brands, and driving visibility for global artists and organizations within the Latin music industry. My career has been defined by building high impact narratives, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and leading teams through complex, fast moving environments. I began my career at Sony Music as National Publicity Manager, where I developed media strategy and brand positioning for internationally recognized artists including Shakira, Ricky Martin, and Alejandro Fernández. Over the years, I have led major PR and communications initiatives across the U.S. market, partnering with concert promoters, broadcast networks, radio groups, and digital platforms to expand reach and influence. My work has supported the growth and consolidation of artists such as Miguel Bosé, Zoé, Bronco, Ha*Ash, and Ximena Sariñana, among others. I later advanced into a leadership role as Press and Publicity Associate Director at Warner Latina, where I oversaw strategic communications and strengthened the label’s presence across key markets. For the past five years, I have served as Member Services Director at The Latin Recording Academy, where I lead initiatives that enhance member engagement, strengthen community value, and support the organization’s mission to celebrate and advance Latin music worldwide. My role centers on strategic relationship management, operational leadership, and delivering programs that foster connection, recognition, and professional growth for a diverse global membership. I am committed to building meaningful partnerships, championing creative excellence, and driving initiatives that elevate the Latin music ecosystem.

ISABEL's Experience

I bring my years of experience in communications and artist relations into everything I do as Member Services Director. Having spent so much time working closely with creators, shaping stories, and building trust across the industry, I understand what our members need and what helps them feel seen and supported. That perspective guides how I strengthen relationships, design meaningful programs, and create spaces where members feel connected and valued. The same instincts that helped me champion artists now help me cultivate a community that feels informed, engaged, and proud to be part of the Latin music ecosystem.
