Ishita's Experience

Over the course of my career, I have applied my skills across law, entertainment, artist management and commercial strategy to build businesses and create measurable outcomes. My legal background gave me a strong foundation in negotiation, intellectual property, contracts and risk management, which I later translated into commercial deal-making, music licensing and brand partnerships. At Under the Radar, I combined legal expertise with artist management, release strategy, live experiences and sync licensing. At Warner Music India, I applied those skills at a broader business level, leading live business initiatives, developing artist strategies, building brand partnerships and driving revenue across multiple verticals. My experience spans structuring an ₹8 crore global touring deal, generating ₹40 lakh+ in topline revenue for Karma, executing high-value sync placements and contributing to major sports-entertainment and live projects. Across these roles, my strength has been connecting creative vision with commercial opportunity, building relationships across industries and taking ownership from strategy through execution. Ultimately, I have applied my skills to bridge the gap between creativity and commerce — turning relationships, intellectual property and cultural relevance into sustainable business opportunities.
