Navigating the intricacies of the live music industry, my diverse experience in leadership through many different industries has helped tremendously. As important as the technical skill and talent may be, it has always been the people that pushed me the most in this career. From starting out as a stagehand, quickly finding a job as a technician at a small local company, learning the ins and outs of all live event production departments, to honing in on my interest in lighting, programming, design. I’ve been lucky to find such wonderful people along the way, who constantly uplifted me and taught me things I use to this day. I try to carry this tradition on, and pay it forward as much as I can. This industry is constantly changing, and so are we.
