I have promoted over 200 shows a year, both locally (on the east coast and in the midwest) and nationally, for independent and corporate promoters since starting my career. Not only do I have the skill set of a talent buyer, but I started as a marketing and ticketing director and kept myself involved in those sectors while promoting shows. In addition, I have experience in the management world and have been a road representative on several tours – giving me a well rounded skill set that has been valuable in any job I’ve tackled in the in music industry.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is founded in the ethos that when we make more space for each other, when we bring more women into the room, we create a vibrant spirit and ecosystem of mentorship, growth and opportunity -- together. This is a unique event for industry leaders to not only converge and celebrate -- but to share their platforms, their voices, and their strength with one another and with the next generations of women forging the path ahead.

Rooted in the conviction that 'We Are Stronger Together', we have asked each honoree to nominate another woman they admire to share the spotlight.
