Lauren (she/her) is a New York City based audio professional who works primarily as a monitor engineer, front of house engineer, tour manager, and production manager. She has been working in live sound since 2019 and has spent the past few years on the road with artists including Julien Baker, Alabama Shakes, and Lucy Dacus. Originally trained in studio recording and music production, Lauren brings a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to live performance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Production from the Purchase College Conservatory of Music. Whether mixing monitors, running front of house, or managing production on tour, Lauren is passionate about building supportive, communicative, and well-run environments that allow artists and crews to thrive.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is founded in the ethos that when we make more space for each other, when we bring more women into the room, we create a vibrant spirit and ecosystem of mentorship, growth and opportunity -- together. This is a unique event for industry leaders to not only converge and celebrate -- but to share their platforms, their voices, and their strength with one another and with the next generations of women forging the path ahead.

Rooted in the conviction that 'We Are Stronger Together', we have asked each honoree to nominate another woman they admire to share the spotlight.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is envisioned as an annual celebration, creating a platform to elevate and empower women who are shaping the future of music.
