About Lhea Taylor

With 20+ years in the industry I’ve experience in multiple sectors of the live events sphere, be it music festivals & tours, Ibiza super clubs, sports, cultural, experiential or expos - this has given me a great 360’ view of how most events ticks over and a host of transferable skills.  I have experience in both administrative artist advancing and working on the floor, be it loading in/out on tour, setting up backstage and managing stage calls or being that first point of contact at a festival/venue for the public, staff, artists, VIPs and stakeholders alike, working with security, stewards and crowd management managing live event operations. I have covered a plethora of roles but these days I have honed it down to 4 core areas;  1. Touring - in roles such as Artist Liaison Manager, Backstage Manager, Wardrobe and general PM/TM assistance. 2. Operations -  in roles such as FOH Manager, Venue Manager, Arena Manager and Live Event Manager.  3. Talent Management - in roles as Talent Rep, touring Artist Liaison Manager, Backstage Manager and Wardrobe. 4. Technical Production - in roles such as Production Coordinator and DJ Stage Manager.
