About Lizzy Andrews

Hi! I’m Lizzy, and I’m best known for running around backstage on headset! I got my start in production as a perpetually injured dance major who still wanted to be involved in the shows. I found that I thrived working backstage as a stage manager, and eventually worked my way to becoming a production manager for professional dance companies. I have since contracted with festivals such as the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, Sundance Film Festival, and Tribeca Film Festival. I love live events and find purpose in bringing artists and audiences together.

Lizzy's Experience

I’ve spent my professional career in live performance production such as in dance, music, live arts, and film. My skills include planning and executing arts events. For the past six years I have been the production manager for Blue Lapis Light, a large-scale, site-specific aerial dance company in Austin, TX. Since 2020 I have worked in the Cultural Exchange Pavilion of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival bringing local and international artists to our tent in the Festival. In 2023 I worked both Sundance Film Festival in Artist Relations liaising daily with film teams to prepare for their arrival at the Festival. Later that year I took a similar role at Tribeca Film Festival with a specific focus on the musical performances. It was there I worked with the Uncharted team directly and was inspired continue finding work alongside women in the industry, which is why I have created this account!
