Lucie Janečková is a Prague-based music supervisor, sync agent, and founder of LucySync, with over 20 years of experience in the music industry. With a background in law and international business, she previously worked at BMI in New York and spent 16 years at the Czech collecting society OSA, developing extensive expertise in music rights, publishing, and licensing. Today, she works at the intersection of music and visual media, providing music supervision, creative music sourcing, sync representation, and rights clearance for film, television, advertising, and video games. She represents independent artists and songwriters, connecting European talent with international opportunities. Her work includes projects involving Netflix, Coach, Michael Kors, Plarium, and international film and television productions. Through LucySync, she is also helping develop the music supervision and sync licensing industry in the Czech Republic, building bridges between local talent and the global entertainment industry.
