Hi! My name is Lucy Schouweiler, I attended Boston University majoring in philosophy and minoring in music (non-performance). I’m based in LA and currently work as an Artist & Repertoire (A&R) Manager at Craft Recordings, the catalog label team for Concord. Craft repertoire includes iconic artists such as Joan Baez, John Coltrane, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Miles Davis, Bill Evans, Vince Guaraldi, John Lee Hooker, Little Richard, Nine Inch Nails, Thelonious Monk, Otis Redding, R.E.M. and Traveling Wilburys, to name just a few. In my role I am responsible for producing catalog releases including box sets, single album reissues, compilations, and digital releases with a focus on Craft’s rock, punk, and alternative catalog. In addition to this, I oversee all label playlist initiatives and third-party physical licensing for Craft. Outside of work (although sometimes it is work related), I am frequently at concerts in or around the LA area, I love trying new coffee shops with friends, and hanging out at various LA record stores.
