Makayla's Experience

While I’m young and still in the “figuring it out” stage of my life, I’ve found a way to use my skills in a unique way through my experiences. I started in strategy and elevated a job of data scrubbing to data visualization for all of staff to see how their area of the museum was improving. I saw an opportunity to share my love for music and I am creating a multi platform music community through my podcast. And when I couldn’t find an experience where I wanted to be, I dove into the deep end head first by moving to a new city for the summer and finding my path there. By going out of my comfort zone, I’ve elevated my skill sets in areas I never would have imagined I’d be an expert in.
