About Judy Spiva-Allison

With a lifelong passion for music and over seven years helming Purple19 and subsequently founding PorchFest FivePoints and Huntsville Music Scene, my journey has been driven by a passion for nurturing local talent and fostering economic growth within the music community. Our efforts at Huntsville Music Scene, through dynamic social media marketing and targeted fundraising, have successfully provided for our developing grants to empower music creators. As a Festival Director, I've had the joy of blending my event planning experience with a commitment to community engagement, leading to the creation of inclusive, vibrant spaces for artists and audiences alike. My role has always been about more than just music; it's about creating meaningful connections, celebrating diversity, and building a legacy that resonates within our neighborhoods and beyond. As a creator, my song co-writes with former partner Josh Allison have earned 13 Writers Night spots at The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville for 4 years leading up to curating our own early show songwriter round at The Bluebird in Oct 2019. We performed many local songwriter showcases and were honored to be selected for an opening slot for Marc Broussard at Panoply 2019.
