I am a songwriter and composer at heart; it's what I do all day, every day! (I still have the notebooks from 8th grade that I filled with songs!) Currently, I compose as a member of the duo ZILIOX. Before Covid shut own live venues, my duo used to perform at regional wineries and hip bistros. However, when those opportunities dried up in 2019, I headed into my home studio to work on producing my original music. It was a much needed gift of time. Since then, I have fully produced 14 songs that I am releasing on streaming services throughout 2022. While producing and releasing my songs, I discovered that I also love making music videos for my releases. The music industry has so many creative avenues to explore! I have taught myself how to use Logic Pro X, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and a slew of other program that help me realize my creative and musical dreams. I believe that music is the one thing that attests to the goodness of humanity and a loving God: if we have been chosen above all creatures to receive such a gift, then humanity can't be all bad! I encourage all women to keep writing, producing, creating, exploring! We need to support each other.
