Kate Reuter is a singer/songwriter, musician mentor, and mom with a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Tampa. She is the founder of One Step Media, an entertainment company that helps artists navigate the music industry with services in management, promotion, and booking. After earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from the University of Tampa, she has served in the fields of digital advertising strategy, marketing consulting, talent booking, production and live performance.

On behalf of She Is The Music, it is with great pleasure that we recognize the below women for their extraordinary contributions to the music industry at our inaugural Women Sharing The Spotlight cocktail event.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is founded in the ethos that when we make more space for each other, when we bring more women into the room, we create a vibrant spirit and ecosystem of mentorship, growth and opportunity -- together. This is a unique event for industry leaders to not only converge and celebrate -- but to share their platforms, their voices, and their strength with one another and with the next generations of women forging the path ahead.
