I am not out to step on someone to get where I want to be.  Instead I look for strong members to join the journey. As part of the group called Splendor in Buffalo, NY, Sascha Rose was one of the background singers for Rick James's debut album "Come Get It." The group Splendor was later signed to Columbia Records through producer, Philip Bailey of Earth Wind and Fire. Splendor was released from the label where the members went our separate ways to walk the path set before us. She landed a spot as singing voice talent on an episode of Happy Days. Over the process of time, Sascha Rose added to her resume as singer / songwriter / producer.
