Madhura's Experience

Started as a stage tech in 2009, I’ secured my first concrete job as a booking agent and tour manager in 2014. I worked and handled stage set-ups, live show bookings for stand-up comedians all across India. While working on the live aspect of the artist’s growth, I dipped myself into understanding the content sphere of work as well. While I assisted on major OTT platform productions in India, I secured first-hand experience with producing and promoting content for the artist. Simultaneously, I also assisted the artists with their YouTube content production and pitching major brand deals as a part of development and artist scaling. And on the recent front – I have been actively working with Independent artists (musicians) in a capacity as an overall artist development agent. It’s been a great couple of years for me in terms of expanding my skill set because I’ve dived into areas that were challenging but eventually learned a lot. My current focus is to expand my work sphere beyond the Indian markets, and in an effort to do so I’ve been looking for opportunities to work with/on projects/artists/labels, and on the side learning Korean and Japanese as well.
