Rachel's Experience

Coordinate and arrange all tasks, details, and duties ensuring comprehensive day-to-day tour functionality is executed without incident. Responsibilities include advancing all shows and technical specifications, scheduling and regulating press and promo, gear and van rentals, travel accommodations, flights, budgets, and merchandising. Planned and executed all timings for and participated in drives, load-ins, sound checks, load-outs, and show schedules. Set up and tore down gear. Mixed live performances on a nightly basis. Managed 3 to 15 people and liaisoned with venues, artists, guests, crew, management, and music labels to successfully manage all tour needs.
