Molly's Experience

I’ve been an arts administrator in the performing arts (classical, jazz, and pop) for 10+ years at music venues and festivals. I have overseen a young professional music development program at the Ravinia Festival Steans Music Institute, and have been on the development and events teams at the San Francisco Symphony and San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus, managing tours, high-profile galas and events, and fundraising for special and annual concert seasons and projects.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is founded in the ethos that when we make more space for each other, when we bring more women into the room, we create a vibrant spirit and ecosystem of mentorship, growth and opportunity -- together. This is a unique event for industry leaders to not only converge and celebrate -- but to share their platforms, their voices, and their strength with one another and with the next generations of women forging the path ahead.

The list has been selected by our advisory council as one of 50 exceptional women to be celebrated for your 20+ years of remarkable achievement, contribution and impact in music.

Rooted in the conviction that 'We Are Stronger Together', we have asked each honoree to nominate another woman they admire to share the spotlight.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is envisioned as an annual celebration, creating a platform to elevate and empower women who are shaping the future of music.
