Natalie's Experience

Smart Women in Music: SWIM Masters is a podcast dedicated to help connect, grow, and support women in the music products industry. It was born at the start of the pandemic with the help of my friend Stephanie Lamond, our co-producer and editor. Because in-person events were put on pause, the work SWIM was doing didn’t have to. About twice a month, we set up virtual conversations with women all across the various aspects of our industry. It’s a place where people can learn first-hand about their colleagues, their career journeys, and what they hope to see for our industry’s future. It is a chance to put a spotlight on their incredible accomplishments and to serve as an inspiration to others.
