Hi, my name is Nayeli Maldonado and I am just starting off my career in music and entertainment! Currently I work as the Music Coordinator for the Latino Film Institute, in which I coordinate and book an annual music series highlighting up-and-coming Latinx talent. Our music series happens in conjunction with the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival and spans over the course of 5 nights. Previously, I worked as an intern for the NBCUniversal TV Music Services Department. There I worked on synch licensing for songs being placed in promos and tv shows. My career goals are to continue working and growing in the music festival industry in efforts to bring more diverse talent into mainstream spaces.
