Dr. h.c. Neivi Martinez is a German-Mexican soprano, arts entrepreneur, and advocate for cultural exchange in the global music industry. Based in Vienna, she has built an international career spanning opera, crossover, Latin American music, and arts leadership. A graduate of the University of Sonora in Mexico, Neivi spent more than a decade performing with the ensembles of Stadttheater Gießen and Stadttheater Klagenfurt before establishing herself as a freelance artist. Her operatic repertoire includes leading roles such as Violetta, Lucia, Gilda, Adina, Fiordiligi, Mimì, and Konstanze. She has also gained recognition for innovative crossover projects that connect classical music with rock, jazz, and Latin American traditions. Beyond the stage, Neivi is the Founder and CEO of Amadeus Artists, a Vienna-based agency and cultural platform dedicated to creating performance, educational, and networking opportunities for musicians from around the world. Through concerts, masterclasses, artist development initiatives, and international collaborations, she actively supports emerging talent and promotes greater diversity and inclusion within the performing arts. Neivi's artistic achievements include First Prize for Best Performer at the InterContinental Music Awards, international recognition as an Ambassador for Peace, and the conferral of an honorary doctorate for her contributions to culture and society.
