About Neus Flotats Rovira

I've always loved how music can make you cry, dance, forget problems for a moment, or even connect people. That's why I wanted to join the industry and be part of the process that allows artists to make music, and people to listen to it! I started to work with SUBLIMINAL (emerging artist from Barcelona) as her booker and tour manager, as well as helping him with different aspects of his music career. Also, I'm part of Rosalia's crew, working as production assistant and dancer's road manager in the MOTOMAMI WORLD TOUR 2022-2023.

Neus's Experience

Being able to work as production assistant for the MOTOMAMI WORLDTOUR, has allowed me to learn from a lot of talented people about the production tasks for a tour that big, as well as understanding how the promoter and the venue works. The most interesting roles I’ve found so far, and those that I really enjoy doing, are logistics for small groups like the dancers 😉 and backstage/hospitality (checking our rider with the venue, having everything on time, writing the rider, etc). Although these are the roles I’m most interested at the moment, I’m open to discover other positions in the music industry!
