About Tynishia Brown

Saevi, Born, Tynishia Jacqueline Brown, is from Manhattan, New York. Saevi is an independent singer/songwriter. She spent most of her early childhood cultivating and exploring her gifts of singing, acting, and dancing since the tender age of seven. In the past several years, Saevi graduated from the College of Charleston with a BA in English and minor in creative writing which speaks to her songwriting skills. Between work, school, and community service, she found time to perform in multiple venues. She continues to work, create and perform in different states while visiting and helping her family. Her goal is to connect with more fans of her work and gain access to a global stage. Saevi's unique style stems from the many years of exposure to different genres including but not limited to, Disco, House, Hip Hop and R&B. Her passion in her craft lead Saevi’s multifaceted style to begin blossoming into her own vision of Dance music. Her song "Impressions of You" is the first step in a long journey of Dance music. "I want to make music that gives people a feeling of comfort that being understood brings, by creating lyrical movements wording life experiences we have in a collective thought that is a song or performance. I want to express the highs and lows of life in a very real way. Freedom to be all of you is important to me."
