About Shaya Puglia

I'm a singer/songwriter and experienced project manager with a demonstrated history of working in the business side of the music industry. I have extensive experience within marketing, PR, advertising, and artist management. Shaya's Experience

I’ve working in the business side of the music industry for 5 years now. I grew up singing and writing music alongside my brother. I’ve never been able to fully record anything professionally because I haven’t had the resources to pay for studio time or for professional production/mastering help. I’d love to find a network of people to collaborate with and fine tune some of my creative ideas

She Is The Music PresentsWomen Sharing the Spotlight

On behalf of She Is The Music, it is with great pleasure that we recognize the below women for their extraordinary contributions to the music industry at our inaugural Women Sharing The Spotlight cocktail event.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is founded in the ethos that when we make more space for each other, when we bring more women into the room, we create a vibrant spirit and ecosystem of mentorship, growth and opportunity -- together. This is a unique event for industry leaders to not only converge and celebrate -- but to share their platforms, their voices, and their strength with one another and with the next generations of women forging the path ahead.

The list has been selected by our advisory council as one of 50 exceptional women to be celebrated for your 20+ years of remarkable achievement, contribution and impact in music.

Rooted in the conviction that 'We Are Stronger Together', we have asked each honoree to nominate another woman they admire to share the spotlight.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is envisioned as an annual celebration, creating a platform to elevate and empower women who are shaping the future of music.
