Hi everyone! I'm Shirly, I'm 29 and I'm from Argentina. Music is literally my everything and being able to do what i love feels incredible. I'm a stage manager and I'm studying live sound engineering and also, I'm gonna become a music producer very, very soon. I have a degree in social communication and marketing. I love to promote artists and to be able to help them as much as possible! I love to work in groups, to know new people, to face new challenges. That's the kind of adrenaline that worth living for. She Is The Music is an amazing space for women in music since sometimes we feel kinda left out and we have so much to give! So thank you for this opportunity.

Shirly's Experience

I started to work as an artist manager when I was 18 for a friend’s band and I never stopped. Music is the air I breathe. Then I found out that my other passion is tour and stage managing (backline) and started to study to be the best on my field doing online courses on Berklee and also music schools in my city. I also have a degree in social communication and marketing. I wouldn’t be myself without music.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is founded in the ethos that when we make more space for each other, when we bring more women into the room, we create a vibrant spirit and ecosystem of mentorship, growth and opportunity -- together. This is a unique event for industry leaders to not only converge and celebrate -- but to share their platforms, their voices, and their strength with one another and with the next generations of women forging the path ahead.

Rooted in the conviction that 'We Are Stronger Together', we have asked each honoree to nominate another woman they admire to share the spotlight.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is envisioned as an annual celebration, creating a platform to elevate and empower women who are shaping the future of music.
