Stefanie's Experience

My career has taken me across various industries and equipped me with an expansive skill set encompassing Event Production, Property Management, Administration, Project Management, and Social Media Marketing. In my current role as Executive Director at InfraSound, as well as my previous role of Co-Founder of FestivaI de Música Nueva, I have been responsible for administrating annual marketing strategies, leading fundraising initiatives, and maintaining all digital assets. A key highlight of my experience includes leading the operations of 20-40 locations as Property Manager at Chashama and overseeing multiple commercial properties at Irving Oak Management, demonstrating strong capabilities in property management and vendor coordination. I was also the Production Manager for the 2024 Chashama Gala which involved overseeing the complex buildout of 300 artist installations for over 1000 guests, including securing permits, managing contractors, and coordinating extensive logistics, showcasing my expertise in event production and project management. Proficient in both Apple and Windows operating systems, I am adept with Microsoft 365 Suite and Google Suite, as well as project management tools like Monday, Asana, and Notion. I also have extensive experience with all major social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and tools such as Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Squarespace, and WordPress. Additionally, I am skilled in creating graphics and editing photos using Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut. Though I have worked a diverse set of jobs, my skills always serve best in managerial and operational type roles. I am highly organized, a calm and confident leader, and enjoy diving into complex and exciting projects. My hope with my career is to continue to grow and explore new facets of the arts and performance worlds, and find new collaborators to work with.
