As a kid growing up in rural Illinois, stories were all around me in books, movies, and my ever-present cherry-red CD player. Stories are essential to life, and I aspire to keep making sure they get told in words and in music. Currently a post-grad looking to expand my experience in the music industry and learn more about different aspects including social media, publishing, PR, playlisting, and music curation.

Through The Honey POP, I’ve been able to work with press that requires quick turnaround, pitch original ideas, write a monthly column, create content for TikTok, and help filter press. As a writer for Keke Magazine, I’ve been able to build and maintain relationships with publicists and pitch content to the editor-in-chief that requires research and interviewing skills.
