About Tara Bouillet

I grew up in the music world as my father was a touring musician since I can remember. After going on many travels across the country with him and a bunch of wise men, I decided I wanted to move to Los Angeles and embark on my journey in the music industry. So in 2007, I packed my bags from Indiana and moved across the country to Hollywood. It was in 2008 when I got my first gig as a production assistant for Mariko J. at Electric Daisy Carnival. I knew practically nothing about the production side of the music industry but Mariko was always such an inspiration and motivator to do your best and don't be afraid to ask questions. I eventually started running the Artist Check Ins and moved on to Artist Hospitality after a few years. By 2017 I had experience in a lot of areas of the music festival world. Hospitality, guest services, production, decor, box office, camping, etc. It was so much to take in and figure out what direction I really wanted to go so I reached out to the most inspirational person to me at one of the largest music festival producers in the US. I had met Dre H. a few years back when I was a stand in for artist hospo at Alt Summer Camp. The day I met her I knew she was a boss and for the next 5 years continued to inspire and support me in my growth in the industry as a free lancer. In 2018 I finally became a more consistent part of the festival production team. I currently and constantly am learning from these women and truly love this life of music festival production wether it's managing, coordinating, or watching from the sidelines. It's always a learning experience.
