Tatum's Experience

As a writer, I’ve had experience writing song and album reviews, conducting interviews – both written and audio – and creative, personal pieces about music. I’ve learned how to search for new artists and curate a specific sound for a brand through being a playlist curator. As Music Coordinator, I am the liaison between the station and labels, promoters, and artists. I talk with promoters to get their songs on air, reach out for interviews and artist IDs, and program songs into G Selector. I also host an on-air show every night, and I manage our music writing team. For the student station WECB, I handle outreach between us and student orgs and artists in order to set up blog content, radio shows, and live events.
