About Clementina Banjo

“I realized at a young age that money is a tool to affect change”. Clementina Banjo’s first taste of finance began at the age of 5 while helping ring up customers in her mother’s shop in downtown Atlanta. Now an Account Manager at Cal Financial Group, she merges her passions for numbers and music to advocate and secure the financial futures of touring artists and songwriters. Before graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance and Certificate in Music Business, Tina made her mark throughout campus. Merging a well-rounded education in finance and a joy in community, Tina served as Vice President of Finance for Alpha Gamma Delta, as well as Meal Plan Ambassador and Student Manager for UGA Dining Halls. Simultaneously, she furthered her professional development through internships with Polay Clark & Co and Colortest Merch, working directly under the Finance Director. An avid concert-goer, Tina used her newfound skill sets and natural charisma to work backstage at Music Midtown in 2015 with the Artist Relations team. Five days after graduation, Tina started as an Office Administrator in Nashville with Farris, Self & Moore. Her tenacity and work ethic quickly led to multiple promotions from Bookkeeper to Senior Bookkeeper before landing her last role held there, Client Manager. Her accomplishments stretch across Nashville through her involvement with Nashville Women’s Music Business Association, the Academy of Country Music, the Country Music Association, and the Troubadour Society. In addition to her existing professional achievements, she recently discovered a new passion as an amateur make-up artist with an established presence in a myriad of Amazon releases and music videos. Tina currently resides in East Nashville, where her love for music shines through in the hundreds of concerts she attends each year. If asked to name her Top 5 favorite artists, she wouldn’t hesitate to list, in no particular order, Justin Bieber, Kid Cudi, Regina Spektor, Dolly Parton, and Ruston Kelly. When she’s not taking the music industry by storm, Tina can be found in crossfit classes, cooking (and eating) spicy food, and a number of other creative endeavors ranging from modeling to social media content creation.
