I have been in music publishing my entire career. I began as a lawyer at Warner Chappell Music and then at Universal Music Publishing Group. At both publishers, I handled negotiation and drafting of digital licenses as well as agreements with contemporary and legacy songwriters. I am currently Head of North America Music Publishing Business Development and Partnerships at Facebook. My team both acquires rights from music publishing licensors in the US and Canada for Facebook’s family of apps as well as optimizes the relationships with such licensors thereafter, including providing educational opportunities for music publishers and songwriters about Facebook’s music offerings. Outside of the music biz, I love cooking while listening to music and keep busy chasing after my 2 little girls.
