Ashley's Experience

I’m a Nashville-based artist manager and music operations professional who believes in doing the work, not just talking about it. I’ve spent my career inside major agencies and management companies learning how the business really runs, and I now apply that experience every day as the day-to-day manager for country artist Scoot Teasley. I’m not someone who keeps a running list of every cool or impressive thing I’ve done. I just know I’ve loved this work enough to keep pushing through the noise and the nonsense of this industry, protect my artists, and somehow still have fun along the way. I take every opportunity that genuinely serves the music or the people behind it, and I try to do it with integrity at the center. I’m here to build real, sustainable careers and to help make the music business a place where artists and the people who support them can actually thrive.
