My main focus is on microphone placement, choosing the right microphone for the job, Running cables, and arranging the session so that when the mixing engineer some in everything is organized and ready. I take pride in ensuring that the creative is well prepared to record their artistry. Mix Engineering: Sonic Clarity and Invoking emotion are my main goals while mixing. After all the tracks are captured I vocal comp, vocal tune, Eq, Compress, Saturate, and Carve the mix to its greatest potential. As a student of the game, I’m always looking to learn something new about the craft.
