Lauren's Experience

I have experience in a wide variety of roles. I apply graphic design, video editing, and marketing skills to support my college a cappella group’s social media strategy — skills I also use to support an artist I manage, a role in which I also act as her booking and sync agent. Within University of Michigan organization MUSIC Matters, my committee acts as a talent buyer, concert promoter, event marketer: all roles I have explored within the organization. Additionally, my background is in classical piano and vocal performance, and I have a strong musical foundation to support my understanding of artistry within the business. I still work as an artist, whether I am arranging music, conducting my a cappella group or performing Chopin, Debussy, or Amy Beach’s works.
