About Maddi Deckard

I am a sound & audio professional working in live entertainment. My experiences expand beyond audio to digital media, stagecraft, and lighting. I also lead the Production & Technology team at Color of Music Collective, a non-profit organization striving to amplify the voices of POC and LGBTQ+ individuals in music. For COMC, I have curated live events in partnership with organizations, such as GLAAD and Amplify Her Voice. While based in Southern California, I am still open to travel and relocation.
